ALWAYS TASTEFUL. NEVER TAMED.
Sassoregale wines embody a life lived freely, fully, and simply — sophisticated with a daring hint of wild. Its vineyards are in the untamed Tuscan Maremma region. Made using centuries-old methods, Sassoregale wines are elegant and refined without ever losing their wild essence.

Sangiovese Maremma Toscana DOC
This is not your typical red of the past. The untamed and varied landscape of the region produces diverse flavors, giving Sassoregale Sangiovese a depth and character that does not overstate its easygoing drinkability.
TASTING NOTES
Sassoregale Sangiovese is a dry, full-bodied, ruby red wine with flavors of Morello cherries, wild berries, earthy notes, hints of leather, and moderate spiciness. Its bold flavors are well-balanced by its drinkability.
PAIRING NOTES
Sassoregale Sangiovese is a perfect companion to great cuts of meat, grilled and BBQ platters, cured meats, rustic Tuscan-style dishes, and slow-cooked roasts. It is a natural choice for hearty dishes like panko-crusted beef tenderloin with green mole and five-spiced corn, grilled calamari with smoked paprika aioli, or traditional cuisines like ravioli stuffed with spinach and fresh ricotta.

TASTING NOTES
A bright straw-yellow white wine with expressive notes dominated by citrus and stone fruits framed by Mediterranean herbs and minerality. Robust and round on the palate, this fresh, medium-bodied coastal wine has a generous concentration of fruits with a persistent mineral-driven finish.
PAIRING NOTES
Fresh and robust, this wine is incredibly versatile and has a special affinity to anything with strong herbal notes (like pesto or salsa verde) or citrus (like ceviche or mussels in a lemon-‐‑butter sauce).
