Prestige Lugana DOC

Prestige Lugana embodies the essence of Lago di Garda.

TASTING NOTES

On the nose plenty of ripe peaches, green apple and rich honey aromas. The palate is bright with lime zest and more honeysuckle, with pleasantly energetic acidity and green almond note. Spice of white pepper and sage lead to a perfumed finish highlighted by a saline note.

PAIRING NOTES

Perfect as an aperitif and with seafood, especially shrimp and lobster. Attractive mineral notes of salinity pair well with sushi and sashimi. Perfect with pasta with light sauces, risotto, and poached fish. A great complement to vegetarian cuisine, in particular with Indian flavors.

Roseri Valtènesi Riviera del Garda Classico DOC

Roseri, meaning "rose buds," refers to the floral aroma that characterizes our wine.

TASTING NOTES

On the nose peach yogurt and wild strawberry. The palate explodes with zesty citrus and floral notes of yellow blossoms and delicate rose petals. Culinary herbs of sage and wild fennel make an appearance, before long, perfumed and mineral finish persists

PAIRING NOTES

A match made in heaven with shrimp and lobster dishes. Bright acidity pairs well with tomato-based sauces, and eye pleasing rosé hue complements anything pink, from beets to radicchio. Roseri is also a perfect pizza wine.

Chiaretto Valtènesi DOP

This Garda Chiaretto is prized for its fragrance and its delicate perfume.

TASTING NOTES

Smooth, with hints of white almond, ripe strawberry, and delicate spring flowers. Fresh on the palate, with a well-rounded body and vibrant flavor.

PAIRING NOTES

Freshwater fish, poultry, or mushroom-based dishes.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

  • Grapes: Barbera, Sangiovese, Marzemino and Groppello 

  • Origin: Valténesi

  • Alcohol Level: 12%

  • Recommended Glass: Medium-sized tulip-shaped, narrowing at the rim

Molin Lugana Superiore DOC

From 40-year-old Turbiana vines in the historic single vineyard of Molino, this wine shows remarkable concentration and complexity.

TASTING NOTES

On the nose green apples and kiwi with grapefruit pith. The palate is fresh and zesty, with juicy yellow apples and apricots, and hints of sage and mint. This dry and fuller body wine has an intriguing almond and mineral finish reminiscent of summer lake breeze.

PAIRING NOTES

 This well-structured dry wine with tangy acidity and mineral notes is perfect with dishes from simple pasta, chicken and all preparations of seafood, but stands well to complement carpaccio and mushroom dishes. Minty fresh notes suggest Middle Eastern dishes.
