Aging the stalks allows this wine to develop deeper, richer flavors without heaviness. 

TASTING NOTES

Woodsy dried morels mixed with black cherry flavors grip the palate, weaving in refined tannins on the wild blackberry and spiced finish.

PAIRING NOTES

Enjoy this lovely balance of flavors and textures with rich dishes like grilled salmon steaks with rosemary red potatoes or five-spice duck breast with balsamic jus.

Gravel Road Pinot Noir Willamette Valley AVA

A classic expression of Pinot Noir with old-world charm and bold profile, delivering top quality at a great value. 

TASTING NOTES

Pronounced strawberry, rhubarb, and black raspberry layered  with allspice lead to bright, zippy acidity with elegant tannins and a multi-layered finish.

PAIRING NOTES

It pairs elegantly with dishes that offer a touch of earthiness, such as sage-roasted pork, wild mushroom risotto, and cod with a balsamic or miso glaze.

Gravel Road Chardonnay Willamette Valley AVA

This high-scoring Chardonnay is a blend of three vineyards weaving ripe fruit and spice.

TASTING NOTES

Generous pear, citrus, and roasted hazelnut flavors are balanced with mineral-laced acidity leading to an opulent finish.

PAIRING NOTES

This Chardonnay complements dishes that strike a balance between richness and brightness—think free-range roast chicken with lemon and lentils, seared scallops with a citrus beurre blanc, or creamy corn grits.
