Pinot Grigio

A complex and sophisticated Pinot Grigio is a classic example of the best of Alto Adige.

TASTING NOTES

The wine has a pale lemon color with varietal ripe apple-led fruit aromas. Dry on the palate with vivid acidity and a persistent, mineral-driven finish.

PAIRING NOTES

Ideal for light hors d’oeuvres and seafood dishes.

  • Alcohol Level: 13%

Pinot Bianco

The secret weapon of sommeliers who’ve seen it all. From vineyards that are located on the hills around Lake Caldaro. The local terroir adds to the complexity to the wine.

TASTING NOTES

Beautiful floral and green apple notes with delicate minerality. Dry, unoaked with fresh acidity and long, juicy finish.

PAIRING NOTES

Very versatile tableside, from grilled seafood to creamy dishes.

Müller Thurgau
Alto Adige DOC

The Müller Thurgau grape is a crossing created in 1882 by Dr. Herman Müller, who was from the town of Thurgau in Switzerland.

TASTING NOTES

A wine with intense and complex notes of stone fruits, citrus, and mountain flowers, leading to a dry palate with a solid backbone of acidity and a clean finish.

PAIRING NOTES

Very good as an aperitif, also pairs well with seafood risotto, grilled fish and fried food in general.

  • Grape: Müller Thurgau

  • Origin: High slopes in the zone of Soprabolzano

  • Alcohol Level: 12.5%

  • Recommended Glass: Medium tulip wine glass with a narrow mouth
