PrestigeRose_092225.png

Cuvée Prestige Rosé Edizione, Franciacorta DOCG

A dynamic Franciacorta with the delicacy of white wine, the structure of a red, and a light pink hue.

TASTING NOTES

More than a color, pink is like a suspended mood, a delicate transition from white to red in shades never quite one or the other. Francicorta Rosé gives a magical sensation, a midpoint between two hues. The Rosé color is obtained after a brief maceration of red Pinot Noir grapes. Just a few hours are needed to get that special tint recalling springtime sunsets: you must seize the moment; an instant earlier, it’s too pale; an instant later, it’s too dark. And then a delicate blending with Chardonnay, followed by slow, patient maturation. The ideal Franciacorta for momentous occasions. Especially the most romantic.

PAIRING NOTES

An elegant, aromatic aperitif, and an exciting companion on the table: from delicate seafood appetizers like salmon-tuna tartare, to spicy, exotic seasoning of Asian cuisines such as dumplings, spring rolls, fried chicken.

DosageZero.png

Vintage Collection Dosage Zéro, Franciacorta DOCG

A favorite among connoisseurs who gravitate toward Brut Nature style.

TASTING NOTES

Like the harmonious notes of a complex orchestral score, every stage of production has to be perfectly timed. Vintage Collection Dosage Zéro has no added liqueur d'expédition (the dosing syrup added in minimal amounts to the other Franciacortas during disgorgement). A pure, sincere Franciacorta, fruit of the finest expression of its extraordinary terroir and of the man who intuited its character and potential. Destined for the connoisseurs who love this transparent style. Delicate aromas of stone fruit, lemon custard and toasted almond carrying into a vibrant savory finish.

Saten.png

Vintage Collection Satén, Franciacorta DOCG

The femininity and refinement of silk. A Franciacorta, inspired by the delicacy of the white grapes it is made from, is creamy and smooth.

TASTING NOTES

Smooth, luxurious, ripe, soft, rounded. Evokes the enchanting sensuality of the woman of one's heart. One of those wines that thrill the senses. Satèn, with the femininity and elegance of silk, is a special interpretation of a Franciacorta: a happy marriage of white grapes only. And a little secret: during tirage, the process in which sugars and yeasts are added to start the second fermentation in the bottle, less sugar is used for Satèn than for other Franciacorta styles. Finally, lengthy refinement enhances gentle elegance in every single bottle.

PAIRING NOTES

Delicious as an aperitif and excellent as a reception wine. It is ideal with white sturgeon Caviar, crab cake, and zucchini blossom. Satèn creamy profiles perfectly echo saffron risotto, clam chowder, and soft-medium cheese appetizer.

Clementi_2.png

Annamaria Clementi Dosage Zéro Riserva, Franciacorta DOCG

An exceptionally rich, full, complex, and persistent Franciacorta with a golden color.

TASTING NOTES

The masterpiece of Franciacorta. In other words, no limits, a constantly evolving value. Like the exclusive commitment needed to make this Franciacorta dedicated to Annamaria Clementi, founder of Ca' del Bosco, and Maurizio Zanella's mother. No compromises, no concessions. Only the finest grapes from the various crus are earmarked for this icon wine. And only in the finest years. Meticulous vinification and very long bottle refinement for at least eight years on yeasts. Extraordinarily complex bouquet, exceptionally full and persistent taste. Apricot, exotic fruit, freshly baked baguette, and warm, yeasty notes with crushed mineral and menthol herb on the finish. The wine's texture is what really stands out. ClementiRose.png

Annamaria Clementi Rosé Riserva, Franciacorta DOCG

The ultimate expression of pure Pinot Noir vinifed in pink, in the Ca’ del Bosco style.

TASTING NOTES

Harmony. A whispered sound. A hue hinted at. The perception of a fragrance. Perfection melds with restraint in the balanced shades of a Franciacorta Rosé from 100% Pinot Nero grapes, shaped by hands that knew exactly when to separate the must from the skins during maceration. A moment caught to obtain the peerless deep pink hue before eight years of patient maturation coaxed out an aroma-laden bouquet of sublime finesse with peach, pink grapefruit, baked baguette and raw honey. Supreme balance on the palate, a unique shade of pink and a silky spicy perlage of the tiniest bubbles. Cuvee Annamaria Clementi Rose, a rare example of poise and excellence.
