Position overview:
HERITA USA is seeking a dynamic Associate Brand Manager to join the Marketing team. The HERITA USA Marketing department focuses on growing its portfolio of brands, its business, and its people. This position will help create and maintain a wine-brand portfolio while finding new and meaningful ways to reach consumers and maximize brand opportunities.
Working with our agency and vendor partners, the ABM will assist in building, managing, and executing marketing plans and their results. The ABM will be assigned to specific brands within the portfolio and will have full responsibility for specific programs and their results.
They will be accountable for developing and executing plans in partnership with multidisciplinary teams and external creative and communication agencies, maintaining healthy and productive relationships with partners, sales teams, and suppliers.
key job responsibilities:
Support the department in the creation and execution of annual operating plans, media plans, social and online content plans, promotional programs, and POS materials for assigned brands.
Own, implement, and measure specific initiatives and programs, such as local or national consumer sweepstakes, in-market sampling, couponing, and redemption tracking.
Help plan and execute experiential brand integrations at events or sponsorships.
Oversee the effectiveness of programs and initiatives, including success tracking criteria and internal PR and communications.
Collaborate directly with marketing and sales teams to help develop and execute high-quality, insights-driven, retailer or channel-specific solutions linked to brand strategies.
Assist in preparing presentations and materials for periodic business reviews, executive updates, and internal and external sales meetings as needed.
Create relevant one-pagers, sell sheets, and other supporting assets and resources for brands.
Complete analyses from syndicated data sources, such as Nielsen, and other research to support marketing programs, decisions, and objectives, and analyze consumer trends and competitive activities.
Manage the brand POS budget, vendor bidding to PO process, invoicing, and reporting to ensure dollars are allocated and spent efficiently and effectively within budgetary parameters.
Conduct daily communication, follow-ups, and management of third-party vendors and agency partners, from brief creation to maintaining timelines and reporting documents.
Assist in identifying issues and opportunities to grow the business and develop concepts supporting brand strategy.
Participate in market visits as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field (Marketing, Business, Management, etc.).
Wine/Spirits or CPG industry knowledge, preferably with 2-4 years of marketing experience.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Excellent writing, presentation, and verbal communication abilities.
Strong public speaker & presentation skills.
Adept in working within cross-functional teams and building strong relationships.
Experience managing and collaborating with external partners for brand development and execution.
Ability to manage multiple priorities that drive results with a strong sense of urgency.
Positive, initiative-driven, can-do attitude and approach to work.
Flexibility to adapt to changing marketplace needs.
Results-driven with high productivity standards, operational discipline, and perseverance.
additional NoteS:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be available to attend branded event activations and travel as needed, up to 30% of the time, including weekends and evenings.
Must have a valid US worker status.
Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to own, rent, or drive a car.
